Turns out my posts on Jalopnik aren’t even coming up. It says pending then when I refresh the page and click pending, it doesn’t even show up! What the heck is going on here?!?!

I’ve been having some trouble with that too (but only with one comment, it seems). Kinja team is on the case, but no word yet as to what’s going on.

You aren’t missing anything. Commenting on the FP feels an awful lot like commenting on a YouTube video at this point. It’s a largely unpleasant experience

Hopefully it is a bug.

However, that is also what a ban looks like. When you are banned, you get no message, but your comments are just not included. You can see them on your own discussion page, but they won’t show up on the site you’ve been banned from.
